Ingredients

  • 1 whole snapper,
  • olive oil,
  • lemon juice,
  • salt and pepper,
  • flat parsley,
  • garlic,
  • red pepper (optional),
  • white wine vinegar.

Preparation

First of all, clean the snapper and season it with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Let it marinate for half an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the chimichurri sauce by mixing together chopped parsley, crushed garlic, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and chili flakes (if you like spicy dishes).

Heat your grill and brush it with oil. Cook the snapper for about 10 minutes on each side, regularly brushing it with the marinade. Serve the fish hot, drizzled with chimichurri sauce.

Snapper fillet with cream of celery and potatoes

This recipe highlights the subtle taste of the snapper fillet thanks to the creamy celery sauce and melting potatoes.
